Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions (MIS) seeks a Document Controls Engineer to manage project documentation, workflows, and information systems for hyperscale data centers and mission-critical infrastructure. You will ensure records are organized, accessible, and compliant with contractual requirements.

You will serve as a crucial link among project management, engineering, procurement, quality, and field operations, supporting end-to-end document control from design through turnover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Controls, Business Administration, Information Management, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of document control, project controls, engineering, construction administration, or related experience.
• Experience supporting large construction, EPC, mission-critical, data center, power, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing engineering drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, transmittals, meeting minutes, contract documents, and project records.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage document control activities across hyperscale data center and mission-critical projects.
• Coordinate document workflows between management, engineering, procurement, quality, commissioning, owners, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Maintain revision control and ensure current, approved project documents are used.
