Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Document Controls Engineer to lead project documentation management for large-scale hyperscale data center and mission-critical infrastructure projects.

You will ensure records are organized, accessible, and compliant with contract requirements and company standards. This role serves as a liaison among project management, engineering, procurement, and field teams, managing RFIs, drawings, submittals, and turnover packages while supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 3+ years of document control experience.
• Experience with large construction or data center projects.
• Proficiency with document management systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage document control activities across hyperscale data center projects.
• Coordinate workflows among project management, engineering, procurement, and quality.
• Maintain drawings, RFIs, submittals, transmittals, and turnover docs.
• Ensure revision control and current-issue documents are used.
