Job summary

As a Document Controls Engineer at Michels Infrastructure Solutions, you will manage project documentation, workflows, and information systems supporting large-scale hyperscale data center projects. You will ensure records are organized, accessible, and compliant with contract requirements.

You will collaborate with project management, engineering, procurement, quality, commissioning, and field teams, maintain revision control, track RFIs and submittals, and support turnover packages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and 3+ years of document control or project controls experience.
• Experience on large EPC, mission-critical, data center, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience maintaining document control systems and records management throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage project document control systems, workflows, and reporting.
• Coordinate review, distribution, and retention of project documentation.
• Maintain engineering drawings, RFIs, submittals, submittals, transmittals, meeting minutes, and project records.
• Ensure access to current project information for teams.
• Support commissioning documentation and turnover packages.
• Travel approx. 75% and support long-term onsite assignments.
