Michels Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Document Controls Engineer to manage project documentation, workflows, and information systems for hyperscale data centers and mission-critical projects. You will ensure records are organized, accessible, and compliant with contractual requirements and company procedures, acting as a bridge among management, engineering, procurement, and field operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years of document control, project controls, engineering, construction administration, or related experience.
• Experience maintaining document control systems and records management throughout project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Manage project document control systems, procedures, workflows, and reporting processes.
• Coordinate review, distribution, tracking, and retention of project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Maintain engineering drawings, RFIs, submittals, transmittals, and project records.
• Support project teams by ensuring timely access to accurate information.
• Monitor workflows for compliance with requirements and quality standards.
• Assist with commissioning, turnover, and closeout documentation packages.
