The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, organizing, and controlling project documents in an efficient and effective manner. The Project Document Controller will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and supporting various departments within the organization.**Key Responsibilities****Document Management*** Create, manage, and maintain an efficient document control system.* Organize, categorize, and archive documents, ensuring easy retrieval and accessibility.* Review and update existing documents to ensure accuracy and relevance.**Version Control*** Maintain version control of all documents to avoid discrepancies and ensure that the most recent versions are being used.* Track changes and updates to documents and communicate these changes to relevant stakeholders.**Compliance and Quality Assurance*** Ensure that all documents meet regulatory requirements and comply with industry standards.* Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with document control procedures.* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address any compliance issues promptly.**Document Distribution*** Coordinate the distribution of documents to appropriate personnel and departments.* Monitor the timely and secure delivery of documents to ensure they reach the intended recipients.**Training and Support*** Provide training and support to employees on document control processes and procedures.* Act as a resource for staff, answering queries and providing guidance related to document management.**Collaboration*** Collaborate with various departments to understand their document requirements and facilitate the creation and management of documents accordingly.* Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure document control processes align with project needs.**Required Qualifications & Experience:*** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Management, or related field.* Proven experience in document control or related roles.* Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.* Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* Business fluent in both **English** and **German****Our Culture**At Fluence, our culture is the foundation that drives our ambitious growth strategy and fuels our mission to transform the future of energy.
