Job summary

Zobility seeks a detail-oriented quality/document control assistant to manage end-item data packages and ensure all records are complete and properly sequenced. You will upload to the internal system, maintain traceability, and assemble final delivery books for landing gear.

The role focuses on document accuracy, adherence to customer requirements, and thorough review before turnover. Candidates should be meticulous about file naming, revisions, and retention policies across electronic records.

Responsibilities

• Scan completed end-item data packages into the internal quality/document management system.
• Verify documents are complete, legible, and in the correct sequence before uploading.
• Ensure all required quality records are captured and associated with the correct serial number/gear.
• Maintain accurate electronic records and document traceability.
• Compile and organize final delivery books/packages for completed landing gear.
• Ensure required inspection, quality, manufacturing, and supporting documentation is included.
• Verify documents are in the required customer-approved sequence and format.
• Perform final documentation review prior to customer turnover.
• Request required customer service paperwork needed for final gear delivery.
• Ensure quality documentation complies with applicable internal procedures and customer requirements.
• Maintain document naming, revision, and retention requirements.
