Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG) is hiring a Document Control Specialist in Pittsburgh. You will manage receipt, retention and distribution of drawings and official correspondence, using Procore and other systems to keep workflows aligned with contract terms.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and ability to coordinate with clients, vendors and project teams to meet schedules and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Competency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant field.
• 2 years’ experience as Document Control Specialist within the transmission/distribution space.
• Experience with Procore or other Document Control software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate account access to the document control system with the Procore Administrator and train new users.
• Set up Procore Submittals as outlined in contract documents.
• Maintain distribution lists for document review stages.
• Assign workflow to responsible parties to review vendor documents.
• Expedite responses from vendors after review and return.
• Keep revisions in sync between Client, QISG team and vendor.
• File documentation for final job books in Procore or other systems.
• Adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures.
• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Coordinate document delivery to meet project schedules with Project team.
• Identify and escalate documentation clashes to Project Team.
