Job summary

Qualifications

• One to two years of related experience
• Physical requirements: ability to push, pull, and/or lift 20 lbs or more; standing for periods; able to bend or squat.
• Plusses: Warehouse, postal office, retail — roles that involve standing and on feet all day

Responsibilities

• Maintains collateral files and mortgage loan documents in support of the Wealth Management & Investment Services business line.
• Receives and prepares incoming materials, verifies quantity and condition, and inputs into inventory.
• Maintains orderly records, locates documents to meet deadlines, and handles document movement and filing per SLAs.
• Processes loan documents that are coming in or out for an acquisition or sale.
