Insight Global in Saint Paul, MN seeks a detail-oriented records and loan documents assistant to support Wealth Management & Investment Services. You will maintain collateral files, receive materials for inventory input, and ensure orderly recordkeeping across locations.

The role involves labeling, organizing, moving paper files, and processing loan documents for acquisitions or sales, with adherence to SLAs. Compensation is up to $17/hr with day-one benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain collateral files and mortgage loan documents for Wealth Management & Investment Services.
• Receive and prepare incoming materials for inventory input and shipping between locations.
• Verify quantity and condition of materials and keep records in Terminal Digit order.
• Label, file, and organize documents; locate files to meet deadlines and SLAs.
• Process loan documents related to acquisitions or sales.
