Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0–2 years of office, records, data-entry, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong file organization and attention to detail are essential.
• Basic PDF, email, Word and Excel skills; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Upload, name, organize, and distribute project documents using established procedures.
• Maintain logs for drawings, revisions, submittals, RFIs, and closeout materials.
• Check documents for completeness and route them to the correct team members.
• Archive superseded and final records while protecting confidential information.
