Hexcel ARC Technologies LLC, a Hexcel company, invites you to join the team as a Document Control Specialist (1st Shift) in Amesbury, MA. This onsite role runs Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM EST, with a salary range of $60,000–$75,000.

The position handles document control duties, including reviewing, approving, logging, and distributing controlled documents, and producing CoC/CoA in accordance with requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in document control preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Organized, detail oriented and accurate in documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently with limited supervision.
• Demonstrates urgency and responsiveness to meet commitments.

Responsibilities

• Manages controlled document change requests via the ECR process including updating forms and logs.
• Reviews controlled documents for formatting, numbering, revision history, distribution and approvals.
• Circulates new and revised documents for review and approval.
• Obtains and maintains records of document approvals.
• Posts released documents in network folders.
• Sends release notifications and maintains master lists.
• Assists in creating or editing documents as needed.
• Uses databases to generate daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Obtains industry standards and specifications (ANSI, ISO, ASTM).
• Prepares CoC and CoA documents as required.
