Giga Energy is seeking a Document Control Specialist to centralize how project drawings and specifications flow between Design, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction. You will build our document control system in Autodesk Forma, run reviews, and keep a clean, traceable paper trail across multiple sites.

The role emphasizes hands-on setup, high-volume processing, and a fast pace, with opportunities to shape SOPs and improve processes.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in document control or related engineering/procurement/construction workflows.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive).
• Knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (Forma) and Bluebeam Revu; ability to learn quickly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Mansioni

• Administer document management guidelines and governance over control standards.
• Create document and drawing review sessions in Forma/Be.Smart Connector for formal reviews.
• Coordinate reviewers per project matrix; manage due dates and follow up on reviews.
• Maintain logs of documents, reviewers, and comments across active projects.
• Support project kickoffs by creating placeholders in Forma for deliverables.
