Job summary

Giga Energy is seeking a Document Control Specialist to stand up and scale our document control function across multiple sites. You will structure workflows in Forma, run reviews, and maintain a clear, auditable paper trail from Design through Construction.

The role emphasizes fast pace, hands-on responsibility, and collaboration with Design, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams to ensure accuracy and traceability of all deliverables.

Qualifications

• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with design, engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage document control standards and governance for multiple projects.
• Set up and maintain Forma project sites and folder structures.
• Coordinate with reviewers, schedule sessions, and track comments and transmittals.
• Maintain a central log of documents, revisions, and status across active sites.
• Prepare weekly progress reports and monthly milestone updates.
• Provide first-line support for Forma and Bluebeam; escalate issues as needed.
