This dynamic role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on a large-scale digital transformation project. You will be responsible for converting physical contracts into digital assets, ensuring data integrity, and facilitating efficient access to information. This is a chance to showcase your expertise in document management and contribute to a critical initiative within a leading energy provider.
Responsibilities:

  • Maintain organized records of documents, including correspondence, contracts, technical documents, manuals, and other official paperwork.
  • Scan physical contracts and convert them to digital format.
  • Verify clarity and accuracy of scanned files.
  • Upload contracts to the document management system, following established naming conventions.
  • Ensure data security and handle sensitive documents with discretion.
  • Troubleshoot scanning and uploading issues.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in document control or a related administrative role.
  • Experience with document management systems and software tools.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $28.11 to $31.24 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
