Document Control Specialist
Location: Denver, CO (Centennial)

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement guidance and training on document control processes to Project Management team members.
- Manage document repositories including Project Wise, Client PMIS systems, and hardcopy files to ensure documents are filed correctly and in accordance with business, legal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and audit document control processes and systems to ensure control and availability of documentation for appropriate Project Managers.
- Manage the quality reviews process to ensure that documents are filed according to established document control conventions, processes and data structure requirements.
- Manage project staff with project closeout documentation.
- Manage final and published documents as project records, ensuring they comply with business, legal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage workflow processes and document storage.
- Maintain the Project Document Control Plan and provide guidance and training on document control processes to project team members.
- Provide support for end users on document filing in electronic systems, addressing any questions and concerns they may have.
- Manage and control various document processes and logs for the project(s), ensuring they are accurate and up to date.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor of Science degree in Information Management from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum five years of experience managing and maintaining electronic document management systems for engineering and construction documents.
- Experience with Windows, Excel, Word, Adobe Pro, Bentley ProjectWise, Aconex and/or Bluebeam Revu is a plus. Industry experience is a plus.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- High attention to detail with a strong commitment to consistency and persistence in maintaining quality control standards and conventions.
Certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP) recommended.
