Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated in El Segundo seeks a Document Control Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of engineering, customer support and quality documents. You will administer control processes, maintain repositories, assign numbers, and ensure metadata accuracy and access permissions.

You will review Engineering Orders and BOM data, perform CSA reporting, and support audits, archival, and retrieval.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 2–5 years of hands-on document control in engineering/manufacturing.
• Proficient with DMS/PLM/EDMS tools and MS Office; PDF comfort.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001/AS9100 change control processes.
• Exceptional organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication; U.S. Person required.

Responsibilities

• Administer document control processes through full lifecycle.
• Maintain repositories and baselines with proper access control.
• Assign and manage document and part numbers per standards.
• Review EOs for complete, compliant packaging prior to release.
• Review BOM and enter data in DMS; fulfill requests and media duplication.
• Perform CSA and generate release document lists.
