Vallourec North America in Houston, TX is seeking a records technician to scan and digitally archive quality and production records currently stored on-site and at Iron Mountain. This temporary assignment is expected to last about six months and follows a standard 40-hour work week with no overtime.
You will organize, index, verify, and file scanned documents, report missing or incorrect records, and assist with general clerical tasks while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity
The objective of this project is to scan and digitally archive quality and production records currently stored on-site and at Iron Mountain. This effort will help reduce record storage costs, improve accessibility of records for audits and investigations, and support the correction of record management issues identified during recent audits.
Temporary assignment expected to last approximately six months.
Standard 40-hour work week during regular business hours.
No overtime is anticipated.
