Job summary

Werfen is seeking a change order coordinator to facilitate and process change orders across engineering, manufacturing, field service and marketing. You will manage SAP BOMs and the software library, ensuring proper documentation and traceability of changes.

The role requires a sound understanding of CO initiation, strong communication, and cross‑functional collaboration to maintain compliance and support lean improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or technical discipline, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in a document management and/or change order environment. Knowledgeable in the Change Order SAP tool.
• Fluently understands the CO initiation process and its requirements.
• Experience in mechanical drafter/designer utilizing engineering drafting and design software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate, coordinate and process change orders across functions.
• Manage software submissions and maintain the software library integrity.
• Provide expert assistance with material disposition, BOMs, and change documentation.
