Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing industry and customer-facing data analysis or data management.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Preferred SAP system knowledge.
• Strong verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Control and manage the implementation of Internal and External Change Requests at the factory level.
• Own the Engineering Change Process, including notifications, processing, timelines, and documentation.
• Communicate engineering changes to suppliers and manage inquiries.
• Read, interpret, and validate Electrical and Mechanical BOMs for switchboards.
• Understand component usage within the switchboard structure and assembly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments on product changes.
• Be SME for COMPAS and Team Center tasks and processes.
• Lead meetings and root-cause analyses for design changes.
• Improve information workflow from external customers to all factory functions.
• Train peers and support process-improvement initiatives.
