Job summary

TerraPower in Kemmerer, Wyoming seeks a Document Control Analyst to manage the RMDC lifecycle and EDMS. You will support EPC/document control activities, ensure regulatory alignment, and train users across engineering, quality, licensing, and supply chain.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in document control in nuclear or regulated sectors, with SharePoint/EDMS proficiency and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 3+ years in document control or records management in regulated industries.
• Strong knowledge of electronic document management systems (SharePoint, Agile, etc.).
• Familiarity with ASME NQA-1, NRC guides, and NIRMA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support EPC and construction document control processes from intake to release.
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure access to current revision documents.
• Maintain document registers, turnover packages, and metadata for traceability.
