Job summary

TerraPower LLC seeks a Document Control Analyst for an on-site role in Kemmerer, WY. The analyst will manage the full document lifecycle within TerraPower’s RMDC program, focusing on EPC and construction records, EDMS workflows, and regulatory alignment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in document control within regulated industries, strong EDMS/SharePoint skills, and meticulous attention to detail to support audits and licensing activities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of document control or records management experience in a regulated industry (nuclear, aerospace, energy, life sciences).
• Strong understanding of document lifecycle, change control, and records retention principles.
• Experience with electronic document management systems and metadata standards.

Responsibilities

• Support EPC and construction document control processes, including intake, validation, and release of drawings, specifications, RFIs, field changes, and other construction records.
• Coordinate with site construction, engineering, and EPC teams to ensure access to current-revision documents.
• Monitor and maintain construction document registers, turnover packages, and metadata for configuration control and traceability.
• Administer and maintain the EDMS, ensuring version control, approvals, and archival requirements.
• Review, edit, and process controlled documents and Change Orders per TerraPower procedures and NRC guidance.
• Serve as a point of contact for document control support across engineering, quality, licensing, PM, and supply chain.
• Train TerraPower staff and contractors on RMDC policies and EDMS use; assist onboarding.
