Your role
Support the Strategic Asset Management Group by reviewing Facility and Property Condition Assessment (FCA and PCA) reports for data consistency and accuracy.
Reformat reports in Microsoft Word and perform Administrative Quality Control reviews for grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
Review, update, and format data in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, cross referencing with verbiage, data tables, and graphs in Word documents.
QA/QC of FCA and PCA reports to ensure quality standards are met.
Conduct QA review of the Enterprise Asset Management System, where asset and capital expenditure data is uploaded.
Manage quality assurance of client requirements throughout the reporting process.
Review an average of 40–50 reports per month to maintain accuracy and consistency.
About you
Bachelors Degree - BA in English or relevant field preferred (already conferred) and 1-2 years of professional experience in a related technical field.
2+ years of experience in Word processing, advanced filing and document control, and large document writing/editing – preferably within the construction/facilities space.
Preferred knowledge of building systems; i.e., familiarity with the process of evaluating architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems to determine condition, remaining useful life, required expenditures, and remedial measures.
Ability to meet hard deadlines; reliable; good attitude.
Strong process and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and determine course of action.
Good organizational and time management skills, with ability to perform under pressure and to adjust to changing priorities.
Strong communication - strong writing skills, extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, and comfort with using a computer.
