Job summary

Scorpion Bay in Morristown, AZ is seeking a full-time Dockhand Attendant for a seasonal assignment lasting up to 6 months. The role involves greeting guests, assisting on the dock, and supporting day-to-day operations to ensure safe, efficient boat dock management.

• Stewardship of the dock, dock structures, parking lot and dry storage.

Summary

Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of professionalism, organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety. Dockhand Attendant duties and responsibilities include greeting guests and providing general assistance to anyone on the dock. The Dockhand Attendant is familiar with all areas of the dock and will be available to help in each area. Ultimately, the Dockhand Attendant should be able to help with procedures and day-to-day operation of the dock. The Dockhand Attendant will work together with management and leadership to ensure successful dock operation as a whole.
