Job summary

Troon in Morristown, AZ, invites applications for a seasonal Dockhand Attendant. The role supports guest service on the dock, assists with gear, and helps ensure safe, efficient operation of the dock area.

You will greet guests, provide instruction for rental boats, assist at the fuel dock, and work closely with management to maintain a clean, welcoming environment. This position offers an hourly wage of $14.35 and a six-month term.

Qualifications

• Seasonal Dockhand Attendant role for up to 6 months.
• Basic communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers.
• Rental boat and kayak instruction.
• Assist guests with cooler and gear.
• Catch boats at the fuel dock and assist with the refueling of all boats.
• Dock runs to gather trash and survey dock and boat conditions.
• Stewardship of the dock, dock structures, parking lot and dry storage.
• Other duties as assigned.
