Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Yard and Dock Coordinator in Omaha for 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00am-3:30pm). You will lead dock activities, coordinate trailer movements, and ensure safety and efficiency in yard operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, distribution, dock, yard, or transportation environments.
• Ability to coordinate dock or yard activities in a fast-paced operation.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Champion operation safety and supervise dock-related activities.
• Coordinate trailer movements and dock sequencing to support priorities.
• Monitor dock conditions and escalate unsafe situations per procedures.
• Partner with site operations, transportation, and customer teams daily.
• Maintain 7S workplace standards and proper documentation.
