Qualifications

Must be able to read, write and speak English.
Strong commitment to safety and quality in handling freight.
Ability to follow DOT guidelines and loading procedures.
Experience with freight forms and manifests is a plus.
Proficient in using yard management systems to track shipments.

Responsibilities

Load and unload freight on trailers using forklifts or manual methods.
Transport personnel and freight within the service center.
Monitor shipment locations using the yard management system.
Read shipping labels and complete freight movement forms as required.
Secure freight inside trailers with pallets, straps, or airbags.
