Qualifications

• Ability to perform simple arithmetic and measurements.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming freight safely and efficiently from delivery trucks.
• Sort mixed freight by department to speed handling and stocking.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through systemic replenishment.
• Pull replenishment merchandise and stage for overnight team.
• Ensure all staged carts, pallets and racks are labeled and stable.
• Keep Receiving area clean, organized and safe in accordance with policy.
• Interact with outfitters and customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Communicate inventory needs clearly with overnight task team.
• Follow all Bass Pro Shops policies and procedures.
• Remain aware of advertised sales and seasonal demands.
