Dohrn is seeking a Full Time Driving Dock Supervisor at our Spencer, IA Terminal. The role oversees the outbound plan, delivery execution, and supervises hourly Operations staff to maintain safety and performance.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience required and able to manage hourly operations staff.
• Ability to coordinate outbound planning, dispatch, and deliveries.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Run the outbound plan and execution and make deliveries after outbound is completed.
• Provide training, supervision, feedback, and discipline for hourly Operations team members.
• Manage City Pickup and Delivery operations for safety, performance and on-time service.
• Ensure on-time delivery and minimize returns; monitor line haul and dock performance.
