Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 18 years old and valid driver license.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and analytical/problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work any shift and multi-task under pressure.
• Must meet physical requirements and carry forklift safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide training, supervision, feedback, and discipline for hourly Operations team members.
• Route City operation.
• Manage daily performance of the City Pickup and Delivery operation for safety, performance, cost control, and claims prevention.
• Ensure on-time delivery and efficient pickups/deliveries with minimal returns.
• Monitor Line Haul operation and dock performance, adjusting manpower as needed.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure a successful operation.
• Work safely and professionally; report facility problems and comply with regulations.
• Complete daily paperwork associated with job execution and operational standards.
