Saia Motor Freight Line LLC seeks a Dock Supervisor to oversee terminal operations, direct dockworkers, and ensure safety and compliance with DOT standards. You will inspect, train, and coach staff, and review reports to boost efficiency and service quality.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in warehouse/dock roles, supervisory experience, and knowledge of safety regulations. We offer competitive compensation and great benefits. This is an on-site role requiring flexibility for schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to read, write, communicate in English.
• 5+ years of warehouse, dock, forklift, or pallet jack experience (preferred).
• Prior supervisory experience (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Oversees safe and efficient dock operations for all terminal staff.
• Directs and evaluates dockworkers to ensure proper use of equipment and procedures.
• Conducts daily inspections to maintain compliance with DOT standards and regulations.
• Trains and coaches dockworkers on safety, performance, and equipment usage.
• Reviews operational reports and recommends improvements for efficiency and service.
