Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Dock Clerk to manage dock operations and ensure accurate receiving processes. You will verify documents, inspect goods, and coordinate with planning, transportation, and warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in Microsoft Office with warehouse systems experience. PIT training willingness and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Strong computer and MS Office skills.
• Working knowledge of warehouse management systems (FMS/DMS/TMS).
• Willingness to be PIT trained.
• Well-organized with strong data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading of containers and packages at docks.
• Verify receiving documents and packing lists for accuracy.
• Physically check goods against shipping documents.
• Supervise dock workflow with operations and drivers.
• Maintain clear communication with planning and transportation teams.
• Observe damage and discrepancies and coordinate resolution.
