Job summary

The Judge Group, INC. is seeking a Dock Operations Manager in Osceola, AR to lead operations and maintenance, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. You will interface with customers, vendors, and authorities while managing P&L, expenses, and capital investments to drive continuous improvement and revenue growth.

You will supervise a large team (50–60 direct reports) and coordinate port activities on the Mississippi River, shaping efficient dock operations and safety culture.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of operations management experience in heavy industries (steel, aggregates, construction)
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and procedures
• Experience leading a maintenance department and knowledge of heavy equipment operations
• Proficient with computer software (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word)

Responsibilities

• Site lead responsible for overseeing operations and maintenance, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations and customer requirements
• Direct interface with customers, vendors, regulatory agencies and third parties
• Manage site finances (P&L, expenses, capital investments)
• Drive continuous improvement and revenue growth
• Lead a team of ~50–60 direct reports
• Oversee all incoming and outgoing port activity on the Mississippi River
