Job summary

The position requires 1 year in logistics, forklift certification, and the ability to operate MHE while maintaining safe, compliant practices in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in logistics/distribution.
• Able to operate MHE (forklift, etc.).
• Must be able to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train new and existing associates on distribution activities to help meet customer demands.
• Train on SOPs including shipping, receiving, picking, and quality control.
• Oversee unloading of inbound shipments and loading of outbound shipments.
• Direct the warehouse team to achieve productivity and safety goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and SOP standards.
