Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Team Lead, Dock to coordinate and oversee warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, and quality control. You will lead associates, mentor staff, and ensure safety and efficiency under the supervision of the Operations Supervisor.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, at least 1 year in logistics, and forklift/MHE certification. Willingness to work evenings/weekends and maintain OSHA standards is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in logistics/distribution.
• Must be able to operate forklift and MHE equipment.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train new and existing associates in distribution activities to meet customer demands.
• Train associates on SOPs including shipping, receiving, picking, and quality control.
• Assist in forklift operation and certification for associates.
