Job summary

Brunswick’s Freedom Boat Club seeks a Dockhand for Fleetio maintenance and light vessel upkeep in a busy marina environment in Clearwater, FL. You will assist with day-to-day operations, interact with guests, and ensure Fleetio records are up to date.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, high school diploma, and a customer-friendly attitude. This full-time position includes on-site work, some weekend/holiday shifts, and opportunities in a boating community.

Qualifications

• Background check and drug screen required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High attention to detail required.
• Ability to utilize a tablet and Fleetio software.
• Proven experience using applications.
• Vision adequate to read/manipulate handheld tablets.
• Maintain a calm, positive attitude during high activity periods.
• Strong communication skills and friendly customer service.
• Must be a self-starter and capable of working unsupervised.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Adhere to all safety policies.
• Maintain a cooperative, team attitude.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform light maintenance on vessels.
