Job summary

Raytheon’s Redstone Raytheon Missile Integration Facility (RRMIF) is seeking a Dock Lead to coordinate manufacturing and logistics on the docks, reporting to Operations leadership. You will lead a small team, ensure proper material staging, and align activities with factory priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 8+ years in warehousing or manufacturing, an AA/AS degree, and the ability to obtain an interim DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Requires AA/AS degree or 2-year post high school training.
• Minimum 8 years warehousing or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain US security clearance; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead dock manufacturing and logistics activities.
• Staging of material to support factory priorities.
• Lead a small team to complete pack/unpack, cycle counts, palletization, kitting, put-away, and material movement.
• Ensure timing aligns with factory flow and dock operations.
• Maintain inventory accurately physically and systemically.
