Job summary

RTX is seeking a Dock Lead for the Redstone Raytheon Missile Integration Facility (RRMIF) in Huntsville. You will coordinate and lead manufacturing and logistics on the docks, ensuring proper material staging and alignment with factory priorities.

The role requires leading a small team, warehousing expertise, and the ability to work extended hours in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines. Prior inventory and explosive-material handling experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• AA/AS degree (or equivalent) plus relevant experience.
• 8+ years warehousing or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required for clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Perform sequencing, planning and scheduling to support dock workflow.
• Plan internal movement of material and equipment with factory plan.
• Lead a small dock team to meet objectives.
• Coordinate with support to ensure inventory is accounted for physically and in systems.
• Manage stock levels of line flow material.
• Ensure compliance with operating procedures and work instructions.
• Promote a safe working environment around potentially explosive items.
