Job summary

Food Bank of the Rockies in Aurora, CO is seeking a Dock Coordinator to oversee accurate inspection, data entry, shipping and receiving, and documentation of inventory transactions in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will maintain sanitation and food safety compliance with Feeding America and AIB, collaborate with the Sourcing team, and use WMS/RF technology to ensure traceability and efficient distribution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of warehouse/receiving/shipping/dock experience.
• Experience operating sit-down/stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Accurately gather, document, and enter inventory data into the Ceres ERP system.
• Weigh, count, inspect, and document inbound shipments.
• Record donations and inventory from donors and vendors.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Maintain receiving logs and paperwork for inventory control.
