Job summary

DataBank Holdings Ltd. seeks a warehouse associate to handle shipping/receiving at the main dock and support campus operations. You will manage Epicor tickets, organize packages, and assist with forklift-based material movement.

The role requires a 1-year warehouse/distribution background and forklift experience, with emphasis on safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a data-center campus environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to pass background check.
• 1 year of warehouse distribution experience.
• 1 year of forklift operation experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Ability to crouch, bend, twist and lift 60–75 lbs.
• Stand for extended periods of time.
• Basic math, ability to read instructions and complete forms.
• Ability to follow policy and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive and ship materials at main dock.
• Create Epicor tickets for documentation and notifications.
• Organize and secure packages; manage dock cleanliness.
• Operate forklift and assist with forklift-related tasks.
• Support maintenance and safety needs around campus.
• Assist customers with package pickup and processing.
• Maintain inventory control for customer requests.
• Coordinate with Waste Management and other services.
• Train with technical staff as time allows.
