Job summary

Mill Rock Packaging is seeking a Warehouse Assistant II in Aurora, CO to support shipping operations. You will perform tasks in the ERP system for finished goods movements, monitor dock activity, and execute manual labor including forklift handling as needed.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and cross-functional teamwork. In this position you will help maintain inventory records, distribute priority loads, and ensure timely shipment of customer orders while adhering to safety and quality

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks in ERP for finished goods movements.
• Monitor dock door activity.
• Manual labor including loading/unloading trucks with forklift or by hand.
• Maintain inventory records.
• Identify and distribute priority loads to production floor.
• Manage shipping of customer orders via systems/procedures.
• Prepare and track internal shipping documents and monitor status.
• Participate in improvement sessions for material handling or shipping.
• Communicate operational issues related to truck shipping to leadership.
• Coordinate shipments cross-functionally with manufacturing, customer service, and quality.
