Job summary

Accurate Personnel is seeking a Dock Coordinator in Brighton, CO to manage trailer positioning, pallet verification, and cross-docking tasks for loading operations. The role requires operating electric pallet jack, forklift, and reach truck, with a strong emphasis on safety and communication.

You will coordinate with yard hosts, dispatch, and receiving to ensure on-time loading, proper pallet counts, and accurate manifests. The position is based in Brighton and offers an AM shift with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be certified and able to operate Electric pallet jack, Forklift, Reach.
• Ability to work independently and with safety as a priority.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. regularly.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and SAP systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trailer positioning and movements with yard hostler and dispatch.
• Verify pallet counts and temperature settings for stores.
• Coordinate dock doors and trailers; ensure timely loading and departures.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area; assist with loading and other duties as needed.
• Communicate with receiving and management to ensure proper pallet pulls and shipments.
