Job summary

Estes Forwarding Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Specialist, Warehouse Dock Fulfilment in Lemoyne, PA. The role focuses on reading work orders, packaging, preparing shipments, and maintaining accurate records using the WMS. You will collaborate with a team to ensure timely deliveries and strict adherence to processes.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and 0–2 years of experience; freight forwarding exposure is preferred. U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 0-2 years of experience.
• Experience in Freight Forwarding or Transportation industry preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders or receive instructions to determine assignments and material needs.
• Control and maintain records for on-time shipments.
• Work in a team environment to accomplish tasks.
• Receive inventory and check quality and accuracy.
• Wrap and pack merchandise with packing slip for each shipment.
• Prepare merchandise accurately and ready for shipping on time.
• Use computers, email, scanners, and the WMS to track inventory and document reporting.
• Support company core values and maintain regular attendance.
