Job summary

Estes Forwarding Worldwide is seeking a Warehouse Dock Fulfillment Specialist in Lemoyne, PA to retrieve inventory and pack merchandise for shipment.

You will read work orders, ensure accuracy of shipments, and use WMS to track inventory while maintaining a fast, controlled pace and high-quality results. This role requires reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders or receive instructions to determine work assignments or material needs.
• Control and maintain records required for accurate, on-time completion of shipments.
• Work in a team environment to accomplish work assignments.
• Receive inventory and check merchandise quality and accuracy.
• Wrap and pack merchandise with packing slip or order details for each shipment.
• Prepare merchandise accurately and ready for shipping on time.
• Use computers, email, scanners, and WMS to track inventory and document reporting.
• Support and promote company core values.
• Regular attendance is required.
• Comply with C-TPAT and TSA security procedures.
