The role focuses on reading work orders, packaging, preparing shipments, and maintaining accurate records using the WMS. You will collaborate with a team to ensure timely deliveries and strict adherence to processes.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and 0–2 years of experience; freight forwarding exposure is preferred. U.S.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments or material or equipment needs.
• Control and maintain all records required for accurate, on-time completion of shipments.
• Work in a team environment to accomplish work assignments.
• Receive inventory and check the merchandise’s quality and accuracy.
• Efficiently wrap and pack merchandise with packing slip or order details for each shipment, while maintaining a quick and steady pace and not compromising accuracy.
• Have all merchandise prepared accurately and ready for shipping on time.
• Periodically use computers, email, scanners, and the warehouse management system (WMS) to track inventory, create paperwork, or document reporting.
• Support and promote company core values.
• Regular attendance is required.
• Comply with company C-TPAT and TSA security procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
