Job summary

The AMES Companies, Inc. is hiring a Fulfillment Operator 2 for its Carlisle, PA eCommerce center. The role requires attention to detail, dexterity, strong physical ability, and the capacity to operate multiple warehouses tools and forklifts aligned with fast-paced order preparation.

You will ensure timely packing and preparation of shipments in a standards-driven environment. Responsibilities include order picking, pallet replenishments, equipment operation, and adherence to PPE and safety

Qualifications

• Must pass and maintain industrial lift certifications: Cherry Picker, Turret Truck, Reach Truck, Pacer, Walkie Rider.
• At least two of the three stand-up forklift certifications and RF scanning device experience or related training.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform order picking, full pallet replenishments, product moves, loading, unloading, and put away.
• Maintain PIT certifications on relevant forklifts and use RF scanning devices.
• Report quality and inventory variances to leads/supervisors.
• Keep facilities and equipment clean and compliant with sanitation practices.
