You will inspect and repair dock equipment, read schematics, and collaborate with warehouse teams to minimize downtime, while maintaining detailed maintenance records and adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in mechanical or electrical repair, preferably with dock equipment or overhead doors.
Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the Little Rock Branch.
Capability to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding environments.

Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on dock levelers, seals, shelters, and overhead doors to ensure optimal functionality.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions and execute timely repairs to minimize operational disruptions.
Collaborate with warehouse and logistics personnel to schedule maintenance activities that align with operational needs.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory to support asset management.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies while performing all duties.
