Job summary

Lift Power, Inc. in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a field service technician to service dock doors and levelers, perform repairs, maintenance and installations at customer sites.

You will respond to clients professionally, document work, and help maintain company assets with careful attention to safety procedures. The role requires prior dock/door experience, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to lift heavy loads; a CDL is required.

Qualifications

• Prior professional commercial dock and door experience is required.
• Mechanical skills and knowledge of hydraulics, electrical, and welding preferred.
• Physical ability to perform strenuous and heavy work including lifting up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect customer equipment and perform service, maintenance, and installation tasks as necessary.
• Communicate needs or concerns to the Coordinator or Department Manager.
• Efficiently perform scheduled maintenance per customer contract.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies on job sites.
• Document each service call or installation and file paperwork timely.
• Maintain service vehicle and inventory in good condition.
• Attend training meetings and take on additional duties as assigned.
