Qualifications

• Must be certified and able to operate Electric pallet jack, Forklift, Reach.
• Ability to work independently and with safety as a priority.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. regularly.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and SAP systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trailer positioning and movements with yard hostler and dispatch.
• Verify pallet counts and temperature settings for stores.
• Coordinate dock doors and trailers; ensure timely loading and departures.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area; assist with loading and other duties as needed.
• Communicate with receiving and management to ensure proper pallet pulls and shipments.

HIRING IMMEDIATELY: DOCK COORDINATOR IN BRIGHTON, CO

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Dock Coordinator to join our team in Brighton, Colorado. This candidate will coordinate trailer positioning and trailer requirements needed for loading.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $17/hour
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• AM shift
• Located in Brighton, Colorado

Duties and Responsibilities

• Communicates with the yard hostler to position and move trailers in/out of doors for loading.
• Verifies pallet count for stores and temperature settings.
• Work closely with dispatch and yard goat
• Coordinate dock doors and trailers in the yard
• Ensure that frozen/alcohol are properly cross-docked with store orders
• Completes daily door/ramp inspections.
• Ensure timely loading of store orders and departure times are met.
• Verified information on manifest is correct and properly delivered to dispatch.
• Communicates with the receiving department to ensure approach pallets are being pulled in a timely manner.
• Delegates loading assignments to loaders.
• Maintain a clean, neat, organized work area at all times.
• Must be flexible and able to work any shift in support of business needs
• Assist with loading and other duties as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and relevant certifications and experience
• Must be certified and able to operate Electric pallet jack, Forklift, Reach
• Ability to work independently
• Strong commitment to SAFETY
• Ability to pay close attention to detail, meet deadlines, and work with difficult individuals or task assignments
