Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a experienced Superintendent for a well-established Commercial General Contractor in NYC. You will manage day-to-day field operations on commercial projects, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure compliance with NYC DOB regulations and safety standards.

You will lead multiple trades, drive milestones, review drawings for field issues, and maintain thorough project documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent with a Commercial General Contractor.
• Strong knowledge of NYC DOB regulations, permitting, inspections, and code compliance.
• Experience managing commercial interiors, renovations, and construction projects in NYC.
• Ability to coordinate multiple trades and maintain project schedules.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA certification and NYC site safety credentials preferred.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of successfully managing fast-paced projects.
