Moderna Norwood is seeking a dynamic DNA Manufacturing leader to own continuous improvement and Operational Excellence across DNA and Cell Bank processes. You will guide a skilled team, drive capacity, and deliver sustainable improvements aligned with manufacturing priorities.

You will partner with MSAT, QA, Supply Chain, Digital, and Planning to integrate technical and quality priorities into robust manufacturing execution, ensuring readiness for inspections and continuous performance growth.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, develop, and coach a team of Specialists and Senior Specialists in DNA and Cell Bank manufacturing.
• Own and improve the DNA Manufacturing improvement and Operational Excellence program; prioritize and realize benefits.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning DNA Manufacturing and partner orgs with clear governance and delivery plans.
• Oversee manufacturing change controls for area improvements and sustainment.
• Coordinate manufacturing readiness activities for technology transfers and cross-functional project management.
• Use operational data and trends to identify risks, capacity constraints, and improvement opportunities.
• Establish dashboards, performance reviews, action tracking, and escalation for issues.
• Serve as GMP leader and SME, supporting investigations and quality system activities as needed.
• Partner with MSAT, QA, Supply Chain, Digital, and Planning to align technical, quality, and business priorities.
• Support inspection readiness through processes, documentation, and change activity within scope.
• Build capability in continuous improvement and data-driven decision making across the organization.
• Act as a trusted advisor to DNA Operations leadership on complex or cross-boundary challenges.
• Collaborate with Digital to explore Generative AI and other tools to strengthen operational insights and decision making.
